My husband and I unexpectedly had to find a car and only had a day to do it. We spent all day going from dealership to dealership with no luck . We stopped at The High-line Group as our last stop before heading home. My husband and I were treated with the utmost respect from the moment we stepped foot out of our vehicle. The staff ( and especially our car salesman) acknowledged my husband as being a Veteran and thanked him for his service which impressed him and I greatly and made me beyond happy that they would be so kind to do so. My husband and I were treated like any other customer no matter our price range. Our price range was on the lower side but all the staff at the high-line group worked really hard to make a deal work and we ended up in a beautiful car (2014 Hyundai Sonata) that we absolutely love! We had a time limit that day and the staff made it work within our time limit and were considerate to our time restraints. My husband and I are beyond happy with the end result and we were able to drive home that night with a new car for my husband! I would absolutely go back to high-line group for any future purchases.! The staff was beyond kind, courteous, mindful of our budget and went above and beyond to help us resolve our car dilemma.

I purchased a porsche boxster during June of 2013. There were a few minor service matters that needed resolution and since I live out of state and have a very demanding job, scheduling a time for service was difficult (not for Highline, they have been always accommodating to my schedule- it was a matter of me finding the time to take off). I've been to the Highline service department to resolve these matters twice over the past month and these are my primary findings: 1. They are completely prepared and know why you're there. 2. The mechanics TAKE THE TIME to ensure the fix is done correctly. I emphasize this because although we live in a society that is in a rush, the Highline mechanics take the time that is required to make sure the job is done right- even under pressure. As someone who often deals with law in my profession, I sincerely appreciate this. 3. The mechanics (Tony, etc.), Jim, Raffi, and the rest of the service department keep you informed of what is happening, are very friendly and make you feel welcome. 4. And, possibly one of the most important as a customer, all of Highline follows through with promises and truly care about the customer.
