I purchased a porsche boxster during June of 2013. There were a few minor service matters that needed resolution and since I live out of state and have a very demanding job, scheduling a time for service was difficult (not for Highline, they have been always accommodating to my schedule- it was a matter of me finding the time to take off). I've been to the Highline service department to resolve these matters twice over the past month and these are my primary findings:
1. They are completely prepared and know why you're there.
2. The mechanics TAKE THE TIME to ensure the fix is done correctly. I emphasize this because although we live in a society that is in a rush, the Highline mechanics take the time that is required to make sure the job is done right- even under pressure. As someone who often deals with law in my profession, I sincerely appreciate this.
3. The mechanics (Tony, etc.), Jim, Raffi, and the rest of the service department keep you informed of what is happening, are very friendly and make you feel welcome.
4. And, possibly one of the most important as a customer, all of Highline follows through with promises and truly care about the customer.
